when you lost your pc's password use the following steps to recover it
1)At the logon screen press ctrl+alt+del twice, a dialog box will appear .
2)Type in username as"administrator" and leave the password blank and enter.
3) You will get in if the admin password is set to blank.
4) If you succeed, go to run and type "control userpasswords2".
5)In the new window you can edit or delete any account or passwords.
